Which courier companies handle the delivery of Enbio autoclaves?
All our shipments are handled by renowned courier companies FedEx and UPS, ensuring fast and secure delivery of your order. Thanks to our cooperation with these carriers, we can guarantee the highest quality of service and the assurance that your autoclave will arrive in perfect condition.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery across Europe is express and typically takes just 2 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched. This means that if the order is placed and paid for on a business day before a specified time, there is a high likelihood that the autoclave will reach you within 48 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over €25. For orders of lower value, the delivery cost will be provided at checkout. Every shipment is processed express, ensuring that we prioritize the fastest possible delivery of your order.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
If the ordered product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery time and discuss possible alternative solutions. Our goal is to deliver your equipment as quickly as possible, which is why we continuously monitor stock levels and keep our customers informed of any delays.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured, which means that in the event of loss, damage, or any delivery issue, you are fully protected and can expect a quick resolution. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receiving your parcel, we recommend filing a damage report with the courier and contacting us immediately.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the current status of your delivery. Tracking information will be available on the selected carrier’s website.
Returns
Orders from PureClave can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to package the product?
To avoid damage during transport, please ensure that the returned item is carefully packed, preferably in its original shipping box.
How to initiate a return?
To request a return, please send an email to customer.service@pureclave.com, including your order number, invoice number, and details of the product you wish to return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation via email.
The refund will be processed within 14 days. However, before issuing the refund, we reserve the right to verify that the returned item is in the same condition as it was originally shipped, undamaged, and fully functional.
