The fastest sterilization cycle takes only 9 minutes, which is ideal for emergency sterilization of instruments where time is a key factor.

Does Enbio PRO meet the requirements of sanitary authorities?
Yes, Enbio PRO meets European standards for sterilization of instruments, including the EN 13060 standard for Class B autoclaves. Its use ensures that the instruments are completely safe and free of pathogens.
It is a solution that completely meets all sanitary requirements and standards imposed by regulatory bodies. Thanks to this, owners of medical offices, tattoo parlors and cosmetology salons can be sure that they meet all regulations, and sanitary inspections will not be a problem.
When is it a good idea to use the 121°C sterilization program?
The sterilization program at the so-called lower temperature (121°C) is designed for more delicate instruments that may be damaged at standard temperatures (134°C). It is a particularly useful option for materials that are more sensitive to high temperatures, such as some plastic parts that are resistant to autoclaving.
This program is used for sterilization of dental or cosmetic tools - for example, for microdermabrasion needles, in the PMU and Tattoo industries or also sometimes in the cosmetic industry (e.g. sterilization of toothbrushes)
How are sterilization processes stored?
The Enbio PRO autoclave records all sterilization processes in the my.Enbio App, eliminating the need for paper printouts. Unlike autoclaves from other brands, most of which print confirmations on built-in thermal papers prone to abrasion, Enbio provides permanent and easily accessible records. As a result, there is no risk of losing sterilization evidence, avoiding problems during sanitary inspections.
What is the difference between the Enbio PRO autoclave and the Enbio S?
Enbio Pro and Enbio S are advanced autoclaves that differ not only in capacity, but also in functionality to suit different user needs.
Main differences:
- Twice the capacity - The Enbio Pro offers a sterilization chamber with a capacity of 5.4 liters, while the Enbio S has 2.7 liters. This allows the Pro to sterilize more instruments at once, which is ideal for larger offices and clinics.
- The fourth sterilization program - PRION - Enbio Pro has an additional program that eliminates prion proteins, providing an even higher level of safety for instruments that come into contact with brain tissue or the spinal cord.
- Slightly longer process times - Due to its larger capacity, the cycle time on the Enbio Pro is minimally longer compared to the Enbio S. However, it is still one of the fastest autoclaves available on the market.
In addition to these differences, both devices offer the same advanced features that make them extremely convenient and efficient for daily use:
- Lower-temperature sterilization (121°C) - Enables safe sterilization of delicate instruments that may be damaged under standard conditions (134°C).
- Power saving mode - Devices automatically enter sleep mode when not in use, reducing power consumption.
- Ability to have multiple users and PIN codes - Each user can have their own account secured by a unique PIN code, making it easy to control access and monitor the sterilization process.
- Vacuum test automation and Bowie & Dick - The ability to schedule tests at a specific time, so the autoclave is ready to go before the day begins.
